The room here is well-kept with a practical layout, featuring a comfortable bed and outstanding service.

This is a great hotel for exploring Barcelona, the staff are friendly and helpful. We had the misfortune to be robbed when a scooter thief punctured our tyre and stole handbag and phones, Elena at the hotel helped with information on Consul address etc. We had a meal in the restaurant that evening, which was great, the manager gave a complimentary bottle of which we really appreciated after the day we had had. A five star hotel could not looked after us better.

I did not like both reception staff I met with on arrival and departure, they were cold and not very welcoming, also not very good English. The tv had no english station out of over 100 spanish stations, and after a long day in the city it would have been nice to relax and watch a little tv.

The room here is newly decorated, of a decent size, and comes with free Wi-Fi.

Bojana is the most wonderful concierge who helped us so much while we were in Barcelona. We wished to stay longer but had reservations in Paris. We will come back!

Location: the hotel was so close to the Arc de triomf station, Parc de la Ciudadela and aprox and the city center...

I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was nicely equipped and the bed was comfortable. Despite encountering a few unfriendly staff members, my overall experience was great.

The staff was very efficient, helpful, and friendly. Location is lovely across from La Ciudadella Park with palm trees and green parrots. Also close to the Arc de Triomf and the Triomf metro stop. The Picasso Museum, el Born and Barceloneta within walking distance. Phenomenal restaurant with a great menú del día, we ate there many times. There were mostly locals at the restaurant and around that area which is a great way to learn about the people in Barcelona. The room was very clean, quiet, on the dark side, facing an inner courtyard of the building, we liked it. Perfect for our traveling budget. Enjoyed our stay.

Would stay here again, liked our pleasant stay here. It's ideal and exceptionally clean hotel, has absolutely perfect location right next to a park. The attached restaurant serves amazing food.

Location is excellent and absolutely perfect right next to a park. Decent sized rooms. - Excellent staff, especially the short bearded waiter who was most welcoming and charming. - the attached restaurant for an early dinner at La Ciudadela restaurant is what you need

The staff were friendly. Even though I don't speak Spanish we managed to communicate. The location was good. Close to the metro and city bus.

We arived at ciudadela on a motorcycle tour of spain and found the staff very help full, the food very good and the location excelent On arival we parked the bikes in a car park under the park area opposite the hotel but this was a little expensive so the hotel staff organised cheaper parking for us around the corner in a secure car park making our lives so much easer. The hotel is centraly placed in a lively area with resteraunts all around.very good.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center and across the street from beautiful park Ciudadela. I had a problem with the wifi in my room and was given a better room at the same price. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is very good.
